Ready, Set- Go! Getting Your Children Ready for a Creative Future!
Like every idea, it has to start somewhere. Imagination Habits began its journey in 2012 when two close friends and myself were looking to develop something that would inspire this young generation to be creative and have confidence in their ideas and themselves. That is how Habits magazine started. We focused on designing activities that would encourage elementary students to read for fun, exercise their imaginations and express themselves through their ideas, stories and artwork in a safe and engaging printed platform. Teachers and parents took to the idea and we began marketing it with local schools. Within a few short years Habits had reached over 10,000 families and published over 800 creative student pieces as well as over 60 stories all inspired by our readers.
Today Imagination Habits is evolving to reach a wider audience with a fun packed, unique journal. As one of the original founders of Habits, I have put together some of our most loved activities as well as a whole range of new stories and imagination games to bring you: The Ultimate Imagination Journal!
There’s nothing I like more than spending quality time with my kids coming up with stories or drawings, so this journal is something you can do with your kids, and if you’re an educator; it’s a great classroom tool for your students to have. Alone or in a group, kids will have the opportunity to flex their magical creative abilities. With over 80 pages of imagination inspiration waiting for you, it’s a perfect journal to start anytime and anywhere.
